Laura Shurden, LMT

Laura (they/she) studied massage at Central Oregon Community College in Bend and has been an LMT for four years. She believes physical and emotional healing are inseparable.

Laura specializes in highly-focused bodywork guided by their keen intuition, attention to detail, and creativity. She provides relaxing, therapeutic sessions that promote lasting change through structural integration. By combining myofascial release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy, Laura offers unique and varied sessions well-suited for chronic pain and tension, emotional stress and trauma, and injury rehabilitation. Their touch can feel light and delicate while the sensations are still quite intense.

Laura is an avid outdoors and indoors person with a variety of interests from rock climbing, skiing, and backpacking to crocheting, reading, and sketching.
